We understand that remembering and celebrating the life of a loved one is a deeply personal and meaningful experience. At our small business, we strive to provide a peaceful and serene setting for you to honor and cherish their memory. We are committed to making this process as smooth and comforting as possible for you. Let us take care of the details so you can enjoy this time with your family. Rental Options

  • 3 Hour event time $2,000 flat rate rental    
  • 4 Hour event time $2,400 flat rate rental  

With this type of event, the host typically does not know how many people will be attending, but we ask you to use these guidelines so your guests will fit comfortably in our venue.   

  • 100 guest maximum:   Jan-May      Fully enclosed and heated.  
  • 100 guest maximum:   Oct-Dec      Fully enclosed and heated.  
  • 150 Guest maximum:   June-Sept    Open air with full use of the deck.  
  • If you would like a more intimate celebration of life, please contact us for pricing and availability.


Flat Rate Rental Includes: 

  • 1 hour set up time / 1 hour clean up. 
  • 3 or 4 hour event time, including all tables and chairs for up to 150 guests.  
  • Stereo system with wireless microphone. Bring your playlist on your phone or use ours. 
  • Table Centerpieces – wood lanterns with twinkling lights and/or 10 wood rounds (optional). 
  • Additional 6ft.banquet tables for entrance, memorial table, and dessert table.  
  • Dimmable lights, bistro lights, twinkling lights in pavilion and on deck railings. 
  • 15 x 15 black slate dance floor.  
  • Bar set up serving beer, wine, hard ciders, and seltzers. Does not include alcohol or bartender (optional). 
  • Ice water and lemonade station. 

 

Catering/Food Options: 

  • You may reach out to our full-service caterer, Two Chicks and A Rooster for a custom menu. 
  • Bring your own food – Please bring everything to serve and eat the food.  

 

Not Included In Price: 

  • Table Linens – $15/table (white or black). 
  • Bartender Service Fee: $25/hr 
  • Hosted/No Host options. 20% gratuity on hosted bar. 
  • Dessert – Purchased from caterer. 
  • 10 votive candle trays for rent.  

 

Payment:

  • Deposit (nonrefundable) is required to secure the date.
  • Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
