SEASON GUIDELINES:
100 Guests Maximum: October-January
* Pavilion fully enclosed and heated
150 Guests Maximum: June-September
* Pavilion open air with use of deck
PAVILION RENTAL INCLUDES:
- Tables and chairs for your guests.
- 1 hour for set up and an additional hour for clean up.
- Bluetooth stereo system with wireless microphone.
- Table centerpieces; wood lanterns with twinkling lights and /or wood rounds.
- 6 ft banquet tables for entrance, memorial, and dessert.
- Dimmable lights and bistro lights.
- 15 × 15 ft black slate dance floor.
- 12 ft granite buffet style countertop for food service.
- Bar set up; serving beer, wine, hard ciders, and seltzers. Does not include alcohol or bartender (optional).
- Ice water and lemonade station.
RATES:
- 3 hours of event time – $2,000
- 4 hours of event time – $2,400

Not Included In Price:
- Table Linens – $15/table
- Bartender Service Fee: $25 per hour.
- 20% gratuity on hosted bar.
- 10 votive candle trays for rent.
Payment:
- $500 Deposit (nonrefundable) is required to secure the date.
- Final payment is due 14 days prior to your event.
