


REHEARSAL DINNER PACKAGE
SEASON GUIDELINES:
- 30 Guests Minimum: Year-Round
- 100 Guests Maximum: October-January
*Pavilion fully enclosed and heated - 150 Guests Maximum: June-September
*Pavilion open air with use of deck - $55/Person
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- 3 hours of event time, 1 hour for set up & 1 for clean up.
- Full service catering with choice of one meal option.
- Tables & chairs for your guests.
- Bluetooth stereo system with wireless microphone.
- Table centerpieces; wood lanterns with twinkling lights and/or wood rounds.
- 6 ft banquet tables for entrance, gifts, and dessert.
- Dimmable lights & bistro lights.
- 15 × 15 ft black slate dance floor.
- Bar set up; serving beer, wine, hard ciders, & seltzers.
Does not include alcohol or bartender (optional). - Ice water & lemonade station.
MEAL OPTIONS:
- Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken Sliders with BBQ Sauce, Coleslaw, Homemade Potato Salad, Baked Beans, and Fruit Salad
- Taco Bar with seasoned Ground Beef and Chicken, Flour and Corn Tortillas, Cilantro Lime Rice, Chips, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, Black Beans, Onions, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Salsa, and Jalapenos.
- BBQ Chicken Thighs with Fruit Salad, Baked Beans, Homemade Potato Salad, and Coleslaw.
- Pasta Bar with Penne Pasta, Marinara and Alfredo Sauce, Meatballs and Grilled Chicken, Caesar Salad or Mixed Greens Salad, and Garlic Bread.
- ½ Pulled Pork and ½ Chicken Thighs with BBQ sauce, Cole Slaw, Homemade Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, and Fruit Salad. (Minimum 50 guests)
